GIMLET CAFE + BAR

Located within another one of our projects, Warders cottages, Gimlet is a small Aperitivo cafe a side offering to the hotel and connection through to reception.

The Gimlet is named after the citrus and gin based cocktail that is recorded as having been very popular with English naval officers in in the 1800s as a suitable ration to ward off scurvy.
