LONDON ST EARLY LEARNING

New early learning centre for ‘Kidz Galore’ on a challenging site in North Perth. The size of the site couldn’t fit car parking and the childcare centre on ground floor this lead to the design decision to raise the carpark above the centre so kids activity spaces were on the ground facing north with car parking stacked on the upper floor facing the busy London st acting as a intermediate between kids play and the bustle of North Perth.

The site was the location of the midland brick display office. The design incorporates masonry detailing as homage to the heriatge of the site.
